If you are injured at work from 1 July 2015, you will be supported to recover from your injury and return to work and life as soon as possible.
Financial incentives for early claim lodgement
Employers who make a claim within five business days of being notified of an injury may be eligible for a waiver of the employer excess.

In the event of a compensable workplace fatality, we will provide financial support and assistance to dependent family members.

If you are injured at work, you will be supported by a range of people to recover from your injury and return to work and life.
Returning to work
If you are injured at work from 1 July 2015, and are likely to be off work for more than two weeks, your case manager may refer you to a return to work service provider to help you return to your pre-injury position or another role with alternative duties.
