Important information about the assessment of injuries which occurred prior to 1 July 2015, where there has been subsequent surgery which also occurred prior to 1 July 2015.

The Impairment Assessment Guidelines (the Guidelines) are published under subsection 22(3) of the Return to Work Act 2014 (the Act) for the purpose of assessing the degree of whole person impairment arising from a work injury that results in permanent impairment.
