New regulation benefits injured workers

The NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority has
announced changes to workers compensation that will benefit thousands of
injured workers who need to make a further claim for lump sum compensation for
permanent impairment.

Review of legal costs for work capacity decisions

Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation Victor Dominello today opened a public consultation to help inform the NSW Government’s position on the regulation of legal costs related to work capacity decision reviews for injured workers.

Certainty and fairness for injured workers
