The Impairment Assessment Guidelines (the Guidelines) are published under subsection 22(3) of the Return to Work Act 2014 (the Act) for the purpose of assessing the degree of whole person impairment arising from a work injury that results in permanent impairment.

The ReturnToWorkSA Board is responsible for providing strategic direction to the Corporation in accordance with relevant legislation.

The second edition of the Impairment Assessment Guidelines (the Guidelines) has been approved by the Treasurer and published in the South Australian Government Gazette.
